Lichtgitter has been working with GRP products (GRP = glass fiber reinforced plastic) since the early 1990s. Many years of positive experience in the use of GRP products, not only in the industrial sector, but also in public and private use, clearly demonstrate the advantages of GRP material in many applications and areas of use.
In addition to the familiar GRP gratings in various designs (molded or pultruded), we have expanded our product range to include GRP-constructions, GRP-vertical ladders and GRP-profiles and the associated areas of application. The versatile application possibilities of GRP-Products in almost all industries make this expansion very interesting.
In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we comply with all relevant standards and regulations. In order to be able to guarantee planning security for our customers, Lichtgitter has undergone an auditing process over several years and received general type approval for GRP gratings. This means that the previously necessary approval in individual cases is no longer required.
Our range includes steel, stainless steel, aluminum and GRP gratings as well as combi decks with chequer plates.
Perforated metal planks are profiled and C-profiled components that perfectly complement our product range.
In addition to Gratings, we also offer constructions and profiles made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP).
Our straight staircases and spiral staircases stand for precision, durability and tested safety - 100% "Made in Germany"
We slit our own steel and also offer these semi-finished products, such as hot wide strip, to other companies.
Hot-dip galvanizing is the optimal corrosion protection for steel. We are the most modern galvanizing group in Europe - with currently 4 locations.
Our powder coating not only gives metal surfaces an attractive appearance, but also provides excellent protection against corrosion.
Our range also includes wire mesh flooring, welded wire mesh and wire mesh mats, which we sell through Draht Müller, a company belonging to the group
